RETURNING CADETS - PLEASE READ

Welcome back to another year of training! The following items MUST be completed by 31 October 2025 or you will not be allowed to attend cadets until handed in.

If you were absent on 11 Sept 2025 for Re-Registration Night, please go to the office at the beginning of the night to get your Annual Validation Form and Code of Conduct.

1. Annual Validation Form - Handed out on 11 Sept 2025, to be returned ASAP

   1. If you are unable to attend, come to the office the following week to pick it up.

   2. If you need to complete a Detailed Health Questionnaire, use this link with your Cadet365 email. Complete this ASAP or you cannot attend cadets.

   3. Cadets with Detailed Health Questionnaire Forms - CADET365 ONLY (CIN is on your Annual Validation Form)

2. Annual Cadet Code of Conduct - Returned with Parent/Cadet Signatures ASAP

   1. This outlines the rules of being in the Cadet Program. Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action and possible removal from the Cadet Program.

   2. This form should be brought back next week.

      
      

3. Squadron Sponsoring Committee Annual Fee

   1. This fee helps support the squadron in maintaining our squadron of our size.

   2. E-Transfer is STRONGLY recommended instead of a cheque.

   3. Please make sure to write down the name of all cadets involved if the payment is for multiple cadets (such as siblings).

   4. Please email the Sponsoring Committee for non-payment circumstances.

All information on the SSC fee must be filled out in this Google Form. Please complete it as soon as possible.
