New Cadet Uniform Request

ATTENTION PARENTS: If you are a new cadet joining this year, you NEED to fill out this Google Form as soon as possible. You will need to measure your child according to the directions in the form.

Please CAREFULLY follow all instructions and what kind of measurements we need.

If you do not give us these numbers, we cannot order any uniform parts.

Keep in mind your child will most likely grow after submitting these

forms, so give a little bit of growing room when submitting your answers. The wait time for uniform parts can be from 3 to 6 months as the country has an ongoing supply shortage so it will take a while before your child receives any parts.
