To help yourselves and the squadron make better use of the Google Forms, there are a few formatting requirements before you send it to the Officers for approval. This info was on earlier news updates, but more details have been added on what we need to see.
Remember that we're trying to make information easy to access and categorize.
The description at the top should have date and time details in this format: Event/Event of Interest: Description of Event: *the objective of the event, ie. physical fitness, survival Location/Drop Off/Pick Up: TBA Date: TBA Time: TBA
Please include this statement for all events: "Cadets who do not fill out the Google Form accurately will not be included in the selection process."
(For events that require confirmation): "Cadets who are not given a participation confirmation email will not be allowed to attend the event."
Make sure capitalization in the title and grammar in the description is proper.
Rank, Last Name, First Name, and Flight should all be separate questions.
Email and Phone Number (personal cell preferred) will always be required.
Food Allergies/Medication should be added for any kind large scale event with food, ie. FTX, Specialty Training Days,
MOST IMPORTANTLY: aircadets692@gmail.com needs to be added as an editor/collaborator so Officers are able to see the results. Officers must be able to edit the form as well.
If you follow these instruction exactly, we can approve your forms immediately!
