All cadets will arrive at: 4:00pm

  • You will wear your civilian clothing because you will be moving chairs and tables

  • Bring your FULL uniforms AND on hangers and leave them in your designated classrooms (Room distribution by WO1 Kwong)

  • DON'T FORGET YOUR BOOTS! DOUBLE CHECK ALL YOUR UNIFORM PARTS BECAUSE SUPPLY WILL BE CLOSED!

  • If possible, put everything into a suit jacket bag so everything is contained in a single package (hold your boots and wool socks separately)

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS:

Upon arriving at BCIT at 4pm, go to your designated Room 1 (bolded number or directed by Flight NCOs) and put down all your uniforms and follow the Senior NCO's instructions for a smooth setup process.

DO NOT BE LATE.

  • Aurora 152 + Washrooms

  • Hornet 322 + 324

  • Canuck 223/224 + 226

  • Polaris 325 + Washrooms

  • Mustang 272 + 281

DO NOT BE LATE.

Each flight has two designated areas to be used as changerooms. They will be split via gender and room windows will be covered up. Changing into uniforms is not a time to chitchat. You must change quickly and look over your uniform to be ready as soon as possible.

If weather surpasses 20 degrees, tunics will be taken off, so make sure your dress shirts, pants, and that your belt is properly tied. (Watch all the uniform reels on our Squadron Instagram)

Plan of the Day:

  1. Arrive at BCIT in civilian clothing with Full Ceremonial Winter Dress (C1) on hanger (properly ironed)

  2. Setup of chairs and tables (the faster this is done, the more time to relax)

  3. Quick practice in civilian clothing

  4. Eat provided pizza dinner and change into uniform (5pm)

  5. March onto the Parade Square ready to Fall-In in front of Parents and VIPS (6pm)

  6. Opening Parade, Inspection, March Past, Awards, Dismissal, Poster Displays

  7. Clean up of chairs and tables (the quicker, the faster you get to eat cupcakes)

  8. Poster Displays and Cupcakes

  9. Leave the building around 8:30pm

Parking:

Parking is NOT FREE at BCIT. We are not responsible for any infraction tickets given for unpaid parking and will not be reimbursing any parking tickets.
